Executive Committee

The Bankers Association of Malawi’s Controlling body is the Executive Committee and it is comprised of three office bearers, namely a President, Vice President and a Second Vice President. Each member of the Executive-Committee is the Chief Executive of a Member Bank  

The Executive Committee holds meetings on a quarterly basis to discuss, resolve, and execute the ongoing issues put up to BAM.

The Executive Committee of the Council which consists of the President and his/her two deputies shall be elected after every two years by the Council from representatives of different Members in accordance with the provisions of this Article, provided that the different Members shall not be from the same group of companies.
